Cream Of Pimento Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    4 c. chicken broth (fresh stock or 5 bouillon cubes)
    4 c. water
    1/2 c. pimentos
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour and seasonings.
    Blend well.
    Add milk, meat stock and pimentos that have been put through sieve.
    Cook 20 to 30 minutes, stirring until mixture thickens.
    This makes 10 servings.
