Prisajak (Serbian Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 lb. Cheddar or Monterey Jack
    1 carton cottage cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 lb. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients in greased casserole dish. Squeeze excess water out of defrosted spinach before adding to other ingredients.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
