Ingredients

4 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 qt. thick buttermilk
1 1/2 to 3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar good.
Pour
in buttermilk and beat well. Add
flour to desired
consistency.
When
griddle
or skillet has reached correct temperature, fry cakes.
Serve hot with butter and syrup.
