Chocolate Anglaise With Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    pinch of salt
    2 c. low-fat milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    strawberries, sliced bananas, sliced kiwi, orange wedges or other fruit
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa powder and salt in medium-size heavy saucepan.
    Gradually whisk in milk until well blended and smooth. Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves.
    Remove saucepan from heat.
