Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter (do not substitute)
    1 large can peaches
    1 1/4 c. sugar (reserve 1/4 c.)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour melted butter into 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
    Drain peaches and reserve 1/2 cup of juice to boil with peaches in saucepan.
    Mix 1 cup sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and salt. Pour over butter.
    Arrange peaches on top of batter.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over peaches.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
