"Brunch" Casserole Anytime - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, remove crust
    1/2 lb. shaved ham or corned beef
    4 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 ??? grated cheese
    green pepper and onion, if desired
Preparation
    Brush butter and mustard on bread and cut into cubes, line in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat eggs with milk, pour over bread, meat, green pepper, onion and sprinkle with cheese
    Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, serve hot.
    Good with muffins and fruit.
