Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    2 beaten eggs
    6 Tbsp. oil
    10 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and salt.
    Stir in the hot water.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, mix yeast and warm water.
    Let stand a few minutes.
    Stir into salt and sugar mixture.
    Add 2 beaten eggs and oil and mix.
    Add the flour; mix.
    Rub a little oil on top of dough.
    Let raise.
    Punch down and make into rolls.
