Pineapple-Pecan Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    18 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill until firm, 1 hour.
    Form into 2 balls, wrapping each in tinfoil, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
