Dolly Beck'S Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in strips
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (mild California chilies)*
3 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. cooked white rice, seasoned well with salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (medium or mild)

If you don't like chilies, you could substitute 1/2 cup sliced green onions.
