Fried Wontons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beaten egg
1 c. cabbage, finely chopped
1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. ginger root, grated
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb. ground beef or pork
4 oz. shrimp, chopped
40 wonton skins
cooking oil for deep fat frying
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, cabbage, green onion, soy sauce, grated ginger root, sugar, salt, sesame oil, garlic and a dash of pepper.
Add the ground beef or pork and chopped shrimp; mix well.
