Spaetzle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Blend ingredients until smooth with wooden spoon then beat for several minutes.
    Push through a press into boiling water.
    Take a sharp knife and cut off at press.
    Stir to separate and boil for approximately 2 minutes or until done.
    Spoon out with serrated spoon or screen and rinse with water (warm).
