Abe'S Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef sirloin
    3 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    4 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
    Place beef cubes, onion soup mix and wine in oven.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Stir often.
    About 15 minutes before cooking time is up, add mushrooms. Serve over rice.
    Serves 8 to 10.
