Hot Liqueur Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    9 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Bring cream, butter, sugar and brown sugar to a boil.
    Let cool then add cocoa.
    Keep in double boiler to keep warm.
    Good on chocolate speckled cake, ice cream, etc.
