Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
    4 c. raw shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 large shredded onion
    1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    In a 2-quart 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, combine all ingredients except the stuffing mix and butter.
    Toss the stuffing mix with the butter.
    Spoon over vegetable mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Makes about 6 cups.
