Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    12 to 15 saltine crackers
Preparation
    Roll crackers in a plastic bag until as fine as cornmeal.
    Mix egg and milk (lightly beat).
    Coat fish with egg and milk mixture. Shake fish in the bag of crackers.
    Fry in hot vegetable or olive oil.
