Country Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. celery
    3 Tbsp. catsup or tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, flour, salt and black pepper.
    Mix green peppers, onions, garlic salt, celery and catsup (or tomato paste and sugar).
    Mix with hands into submarine-shaped patties (size of palm of hand).
    Cook on a cookie sheet in a 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until done.
