Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines carrot cake mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or two layers at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool.
