Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. mashed potatoes (about 12 large potatoes)
    1 large (16 oz.) sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Colby cheese
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Mash the potatoes.
    Add butter, sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
