Ben'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 mint leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic (powdered)
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine al ingredients and make 2-inch balls.
Brown quickly in hot olive oil.
Cook in spaghetti sauce for 2 hours, slowly. Makes about 10 meat balls.
