Sour Cream Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh rhubarb
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Put rhubarb in a 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
    Mix cream, sugar, flour and egg yolks.
    Pour over rhubarb and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool slightly.
    Beat egg whites and add remaining sugar. Spread over pie and bake about 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
