Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Add milk and egg. Beat one minute. Add 4 tablespoons oil; mix well. Put 2 teaspoons oil in 8-inch square cake pan. Pour in batter. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
