Guacamole Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large avocados
    1 large tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. green chilies, diced
    2 tsp. bottled taco sauce
    1/8 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocados.
    Combine with tomato, onion, chilies, taco sauce, salt and pepper.
    Spread small amount on crispy tortilla chips.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Heat in a 325\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups spread.
