Noodles And Cabbage(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, coarsely shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. broad noodles
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. caraway seeds
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions on package and drain. Shred cabbage.
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Add cabbage and onion and brown well, turning often. When browned, cover skillet and cook 5 minutes longer. Add noodles, salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
    Heat through, mixing well. Serve hot. Serves 4.
