Strawberry Pleasure - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 stick margarine, melted
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Place
    crumbs
    in
    oblong
    dish and pour margarine over them. Mix
    well
    and press into dish.
    Beat cream cheese in a bowl until soft and stir in milk until blended.
    Mix in lemon juice and spread over crumb crust.
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in berries and pour over cream cheese mix.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip, if desired.
