Mexican Chalupa Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork loin roast
    2 lb. pinto beans
    2 cloves
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    dash of garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 small cans green chilies, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large pan or crock-pot.
    Cover with water and cook slowly for 6 to 8 hours.
    Stir and break up meat.
