Fake Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large Idaho potatoes
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Take three large Idaho potatoes and slice them lengthwise into thin pieces.
    Dry with a paper towel after soaking in cold water. Beat two egg whites until they are frothy.
    Dip the potato slices to coat lightly.
    Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet; sprinkle with a little salt.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden crisp and tender.
    Serves 4.
