Magic Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium carrots, sliced thin
    1 medium zucchini
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    2 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. each basil and thyme
    16 oz. kielbasa, cut into pieces
    1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
Preparation
    Saut carrots and zucchini in margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and juice, mushrooms, water, basil, thyme and kielbasa. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 8 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes. Season with hot sauce to taste. Serves 5.
