Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1/3 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. shortening
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Dip chops in buttermilk.
Dredge with the flour, salt and pepper mix.
Cook in the shortening over medium heat.
When brown, turn and brown other side.
A cast-iron skillet gives a more even heat.
