Chick Pea Dip (Middle Eastern Recipe)(Hommos Bi Tahimi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chick peas, drain and save liquid
    2 cloves garlic (add for more flavor)
    2 Tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 c. oil
    lemon juice to taste
    1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in blender or food processor at high speed until smooth.
    Add extra lemon, salt, garlic as desired. Pour into small bowl.
    Garnish with parsley, sprinkle paprika and cumin powder lightly and serve.
    Delicious with Syrian bread or crackers.
    Veggies work also.
    If you prefer thinner dip add liquid from chick peas.
