Skillet Apple Pie(Breakfast Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced thinly
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Grease well two 9-inch iron skillets or two 9-inch pie pans. Divide apples between the two pans.
Set aside.
