Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Placed popped corn in 2 ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pans. In heavy saucepan, combine next 4 ingredients.
    Bring to slow boil, continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat, stir in soda (will become foamy).
    Pour over corn and stir until well coated.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    If storing, use plastic bag or airtight can.
