Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. (2 strips) lean ribs
    1/2 c. onion, finely diced
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple tidbits and juice
Preparation
    Bake the lean spareribs in a shallow pan for 1 1/4 hours. Drain off fat.
    Pour a sauce of the rest of the ingredients over and bake 45 minutes longer at 350\u00b0.
