Cream-Style Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ears corn
1/2 c. milk
1/4 to 1/3 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut corn from cob, cutting only about 1/2 of kernel; scrape cob.
Put corn in pan and add milk, butter and salt and pepper. Cook slowly on low heat, stirring often as this will scorch very easily.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes after it comes to a boil.
