Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. light or dark molasses
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. chili powder
dash of pepper
2 1/3 to 3 lb. broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation

In saucepan, combine all ingredients, except chicken.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Place chicken in shallow baking pan.
Brush with sauce.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about an hour.
Continue to baste occasionally with sauce while baking.
Simmer remaining sauce for 10 minutes more and pass with chicken.
