Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. finely chopped, pared and cored tart apples (1 1/2 lb.)
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Add oil and vanilla; beat until thickened, approximately 2 minutes longer.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Stir together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture, alternately with apples and walnuts, beating well after each addition.
Beat at medium speed 3 minutes.
Turn batter into well greased and lightly floured 8 1/2-inch fluted pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Cool on rack.
