Seafare-Florentine Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (perch, flounder, haddock, pollock)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange fish in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, onion powder and pepper.
    Add 1/3 cup milk or water to can of cheese soup and stir. (Will spread easier.)
    Spoon over fish. Top with spinach. Beat remaining ingredients about 1 minute or until almost smooth.
    Pour over spinach. Bake, uncovered, about 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Remove from oven and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
