Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. liquid butter
1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
powdered sugar
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Combine eggs, milk and butter; blend well.
Fold in dry ingredients; add corn last. Drop by tablespoon into hot vegetable oil and deep fry for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
