Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oleo and Crisco.
    Add egg yolks.
    Beat egg whites to fold in later.
    Add flour alternately with buttermilk and soda, mixed together.
    Add vanilla, coconut and nuts.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake in 3 layers at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
