Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 b.) hen
    5 lb. pork roast
    2 large onions, chopped
    3 lb. potatoes, diced
    2 cans creamed corn
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. pork broth
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 can tiny English peas
Preparation
    Cook meat until tender and falls from bone.
    Add all ingredients together and cook slowly for one hour.
    According to desired consistency of stew, you may add additional broth.
