Crab And Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can crabmeat
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute sliced zucchini and mushrooms in butter.
    In a big bowl combine milk, dry mustard, crabmeat, Cheddar cheese, onion powder and beaten eggs.
    Mix together; add vegetables and mix.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Cook for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
