Apple Omelet(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 tart apples
1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
cinnamon or other spice
2 eggs
Preparation

This is a very delicate dish to serve with broiled spareribs or roast pork.
Cook the apples until very soft, then mash them and add butter or margarine, sugar, eggs and spice.
Bake (250\u00b0 to 350\u00b0) in a shallow pudding dish or pie tin until brown.
