Chocolate Root Beer Float - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. Hershey's cocoa
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    1 scoop vanilla ice cream
    cold root beer
Preparation
    In 12-ounce glass, stir together sugar and cocoa.
    Add water. Stir.
    Add ice cream; fill glass with root beer.
    Stir.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields one (12 ounce) serving.
