Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. English roast or stew beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can onion soup
    1 (4 to 5 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Combine the three soups and mushrooms in crock-pot.
    Add uncooked meat.
    Cook on medium to high for 8 to 10 hours, depending on desired tenderness.
    Thicken if needed.
    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
