Quick And Zesty Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 cans (13 3/4 oz.) beef broth
8 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
-
In large pot, brown meat with onion and drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles and vegetables are done.
Preparation time:
5 minutes.
Cook time:
20 minutes.
Makes 8 (1 cup) servings.
