Easy Fat-Free Vanilla Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites (room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    4 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. instant nonfat dry milk (very fine textured)
Preparation
    In a clean glass bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar; continue beating, adding honey and vanilla.
    Gradually add nonfat dry milk, beating constantly.
