Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

33 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
1 pkg. plain stuffing mix, dry
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch
casserole
dish.
Mix
potatoes and onion in bottom of dish.\tMix
soup,
cream
cheese
and\tsour cream. Pour over potatoes and onion mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over all. Top with stuffing
mix
and melted butter.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
