Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. oleo
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar and Bisquick.
Mix eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender container.
Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
Let stand about 5 minutes.
Serve warm or cool.
