Mexican Vermicelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. vermicelli pasta
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with chilies
Preparation
    Break pasta into 1-inch pieces and boil in salted water just until tender.
    Brown ground beef in skillet.
    When vermicelli is done, pour off all except 1/4 of the water.
    Stir in the browned meat and add the tomatoes.
    Heat through and serve.
