Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    nutmeg
    6 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add sugar, milk and vanilla.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    After 10 minutes cut to 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
