Chicken Cordon Bleu In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices cooked ham
1 pkg. Oven Fry coating mix
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 can mushrooms
3 Tbsp. white wine
Mushroom Sauce (recipe in Soups, Salads and Sauces section)
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts.
Place 1 piece of Swiss cheese and 1 piece of ham on each chicken breast.
Roll up.
Secure with a toothpick.
Combine Oven Fry and parsley; set aside.
Dredge chicken in flour.
Combine egg and milk.
Dip chicken in egg/milk and roll in coating mix.
Brown lightly in skillet with small amount of oil.
Combine butter and mushrooms in lightly greased baking dish.
Arrange chicken over top.
Top with mushroom sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove chicken.
Add wine to sauce. Mix well.
Spoon over chicken.
